ANANT PUROHIT - THE GREATEST

WELCOME to my website. Let me first introduce myself. I am Anant Purohit, aged 44 years working in GAIL (India) Limited in the capacity of Senior Manager (Project Execution). Presently I am at Lakwa in Sivasagar district of Assam on deputation to Brahmaputra Polymer & Cracker Limited for commissioning of Gas Processing Unit. I am a Chemical Engineer of 1994 batch. I did my schooling from Delhi Public School, R. K. Puram, New Delhi and Chemical Engineering from MIT, Manipal, Mangalore University. I am a happily married man with a son and a daughter.

I have now completed 3 mandatory years in North East and have now been transferred to NOIDA to work in GAIL Gas Limited which is a subsidary of GAIL. However, it is still sometime before I can join my new place of posting as my relieving is deferred for 3 months.

After taking a look at the photo alongside you must be wondering that I must be a exercise freak spending 8 Hrs every day in the Gymn. Let me tell you that your guess is totally wrong. The photo is the result of a very passionate hobby of mine- which you can now very easily guess!!! Yes it is Morphing Photos. I am a software freak, especially when it comes to video, audio and photo editing softwares. Besides morphing I love to listen to music. My favourite is R D Burman. There has never been a greater musician than him and there never will be. I am also a big cricket fan. And last but not the least I love my country India like a true citizen.
